Kelley Rogers co-founded the firm Political Solutions after serving as the National Political Director for NFIB,
the National Federation of Independent Business, the nation’s
largest small business association where he helped build the political program. He has worked with Republican campaigns
and grassroots associations for more than 20 years.
Washington, DC based Political Solutions’ practice is focused
on Strategic Consulting, Government Affairs, Fundraising and Voter
Contact Mail and Phones. Clients have included the Republican National
Committee, NFIB, the National Association of Homebuilders, numerous
congressional candidates throughout the country, members of Congress
and Senators including U.S. Senator Susan Collins, Republican legislative
caucuses, statewide candidates, like Texas Lt. Governor David Dewhurst,
and many local candidates from statehouse to county offices as well
as non profit clients including chapters of the American Red Cross.
In the last three years, Political Solutions’ work has appeared
in the pages of the Washington Post, the New York Times, Denver’s
Rocky Mountain News and on CNN’s Inside Politics.
He served as National Political Director at the 600,000 member NFIB
and helped grow the political fundraising program from $ 1 million
in total receipts to over $ 5 million. He also expanded NFIB's grassroots
network to involvement in congressional, US Senate, gubernatorial,
and state legislative races in all 50 states. During his tenure
at NFIB, the organization was credited for helping win many close
races.
Prior to NFIB, Rogers was Executive Director of the Washington State
Republican Party. In Washington he was given credit for increasing
the state party’s activities to directly coordinate campaign
activities, especially state legislative races, winning both State
House and State Senate chambers for the first time in then recent
memory. He established a new mail and phone program that raised
a record amount of money for the Party, increasing fundraising revenue
by more than $ 2 million over previous levels.
He has served as the National Political Director for the Americans
for a Balanced Budget and has worked as campaign manager on numerous
Congressional and major State Legislative Races.
He served as a consultant for the National Republican Congressional
Committee (NRCC) and has taught at campaign schools for the Republican
National Committee and other organizations throughout the country.
He is a frequent guest speaker at Republican events.
Kelley is a native of Texas and now resides in Alexandria, Virginia.
