POLITICAL SOLUTIONS HELPS WIN TOUGH NEW JERSEY PRIMARY RACE

(June 5, 2007) - New Jersey elections are tough and the primary in upstate New Jersey for the seat of retiring Senator Bob Littell was very tough.

Senator Littell had represented his district for 4 decades and the race to replace him pitted County Freeholder (County Coucilman) Steve Oroho against 13-year State Assemblyman (State House) member Guy Gregg.

In New Jersey each Senator runs in the same district as two House members, or Assemblymen.  In the primary, each Senate candidate ran with a team or ticket.

Political Solutions was proud to be a part of the "Real Conservative Team" ticket that helped lift Steve Oroho and the team of incumbent Assemblywoman Alison Littell McHose and candidate Gary Chiusano to victory along with their down ballot supporters.

The race was the closest primary win in New Jersey with Oroho winning with 51% of the vote.

Political Solutions deployed radio ads in the New York City and Northern New Jersey radio markets and conducted key targeted phone call programs as part of the consulting team that worked on the race.
